SLIIT, the leading degree awarding institute will recognise over a thousand undergraduate and postgraduate students at its 12th Annual Convocation. The ceremony will take place at the SLIIT campus in Malabe on 27 and 28 February 2014.
Six local and foreign distinguished personalities will deliver the convocation addresses during the six planned sessions. SLIIT academics, distinguished guests, graduands and their parents will adorn this grand occasion. SLIIT, the largest degree awarding institute will confer the following degrees at its 12th Annual Convocation; B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Information Technology, B.Sc in IT (SLIIT), B.Sc in Computer Systems and Networking (Curtin University, Australia), B.Sc in Software Engineering (Curtin University), BBA in Business Management (Sheffield Hallam UK), B.Eng in Electronic Engineering (Sheffield Hallam), M.Sc degrees and postgraduate diplomas from SLIIT in IT, Information Systems, Information Management, M.Sc in Enterprise Appl-ications Development (Sheffield Hallam UK) and postgraduate diploma in Cyber Security (Curtin University).
With over 22 foreign university affiliations, SLIIT offers courses ranging from Undergraduate Degrees to Masters Degrees in the fields of IT, Engineering and Business Management.
Ranked number one in the Higher Education category by LMD, SLIIT is a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities and a member of the International Asso-ciation of Universities. SLIIT is the only non state higher educational institute in Sri Lanka which has gained such recognition.
