Among other firsts, this Customer Contact Centre will be the only centre of its kind in Sri Lanka to provide total wireless solutions and the latest technological advancements under one roof. The centre will handle all Samsung customer claims, product inquires and support with technical assistance, while providing warranty and remote and email support to guarantee customer satisfaction for all Samsung product users. Samsung consumers can call the Customer Contact Centre hotline on 0117 540 540 or email to find out more about the convenient and hassle-free services the centre has to offer.
