The new service centre is a revolutionary concept that aims to deliver the best in class after-sales service exclusively for Samsung customers. The plaza’s opening ceremony was attended by H.K. Chang, Managing Director, Samsung Electronics India - Sri Lanka Branch Office and the senior management of Singhagiri.
The new plaza is run by Samsung and Singhagiri Ltd., one of three Authorised Distributers of original Samsung products in Sri Lanka. The Customer Service Plaza is yet another effort by Samsung to set new customer service standards by offering services for its entire product range under one roof, including specialised zones for product demonstrations, customer interactions and face to face service for devices. The plaza features new facilities and a variety of support services ranging from repairs to customer claims, product inquiries and warranty queries.
