Opera Software yesterday launched the Opera Web Pass to offer telecom operators a whole new way to package and market the mobile internet to existing and potential customers.
With the Opera Web Pass, gone are the days of confusing, megabyte-based data plans that created a barrier to getting online for users. For example, a user can now choose to browse the web for 1 hour in the entire month and pay for it instead of having to choose a generic 100MB data plan.
