Mobitel, Microsoft launch new range of Lumia smartphones, awards millions worth of prizes

The national mobile service provider Mobitel has partnered with Microsoft yet again for the launch of a range of sophisticated Microsoft Lumia smartphones. The launch will be followed by a daily, weekly and final grand draw, where customers will be eligible to receive a free data bundle and free talk time on their Lumia device and stand the chance to win valuable prizes worth millions of rupees.

The new devices launched include the Lumia 430, Lumia 535, Lumia 540, Lumia 640 LTE DS, Lumia 640XL 3G DS and Lumia 640XL LTE (4G). The highlight of the special initiative is the most affordable smartphone, the Lumia 430 which is a 3G, Dual SIM smartphone for just Rs. 9,990. Mobitel offers up to 2 GB data monthly for six months along with a free talk time of Rs. 150 monthly for three months, for the range of smartphones which is an assured bundle from Mobitel.

Microsoft and Mobitel will award daily winners DELL Laptops, weekly winners TVS Metro motor bikes and the grand prize winner will walk away with a Ford Focus car. Winners will be selected via a raffle draw which will be held on a daily and weekly basis.

Customers who purchase a Lumia phone during the promotion period in July and August will be entitled to receive the above bundle from Mobitel by activating the free Mobitel pre-paid SIM card that comes packed in the phone box. Existing Mobitel pre-paid and post-paid customers also have the opportunity to be eligible to the raffle draw and the free Mobitel bundle by simply purchasing any of the newly introduced Lumia smartphones, inserting their Mobitel SIM into the device and dialling #256# to validate the offer. All customers who successfully use their connection through the above process will be eligible to the daily, weekly and grand draws.
