Microsoft educates Singer Managers on genuine Windows 10

Microsoft Sri Lanka hosted Singer Sri Lanka’s Colombo regional branch managers and regional managers to educate them on the use of genuine Windows 10 in laptops and notebooks. The focus of the event was to drive confidence in the branch managers to help them empower their customers with the true value and trust that Windows delivers. 

Windows 10 represents the first step of a whole new generation of Windows, unlocking new experiences to give customers new ways to work, play and connect. With itsmore comprehensive operating system, Microsoft has achieved to create technology to make customers smarter and work more efficiently. Windows 10 adapts to the devices customers are using – from Xbox to PCs and phones to tablets and tiny gadgets – and what they’re doing with a consistent, familiar and compatible experience, enabling even greater productivity. Windows 10 will run across the broadest range of devices ever from the Internet of Things to enterprise datacentres worldwide.

The event took place at OZO Colombo on 27 January and it attracted a number of branch managers from the Colombo region along with the company of the Dell Sri Lanka City representatives. Microsoft Channel Marketing Director for Asia Pacific Gary Chan made a presentation for the attendees about the features of Windows 10, advantages of having Windows 10 and why branch managers should promote and sell genuine Windows 10 in Singer’s broad range of devices. Chan emphasised the importance of using genuine software while educating the participants on how pirated software cause security threats which weaken organisations and individuals.

The session also included a presentation on the many benefits of having Microsoft Office 365 in a device, which includes new Office 2016 applications. The power of Genuine Microsoft enables customers to receive frequent updates, enhancing the usability of Windows as a high function technology. With Singer being a lead retailer in selling Windows devices, they will now be able to help customers choose genuine products and direct them towards a more rewarding future.
