Lanka BPO Academy completes ‘Train the Trainer’ program at John Keells Group’s InfoMate

Lanka BPO Academy recently completed a ‘Train the Trainer’ training program at InfoMate Ltd. InfoMate is a provider of outsourced finance and accounting services and is a fully-owned subsidiary of John Keells Holdings PLC (JKH), Sri Lanka’s No.1 corporate blue chip. JKH is Sri Lanka’s largest listed conglomerate with business interests in transportation, leisure, consumer foods and retail, property development, financial services, information technology and plantation services. InfoMate provides accounting and payroll services to companies in the John Keells Group together with servicing several third party clients in Sri Lanka, Europe and Australia. InfoMate Private Ltd. was the first Sri Lankan company in the outsourced accounting space, to be awarded the ISO 27001:2005 certification, which is the leading standard on information security and confidentiality in the world.
The program was a “train the trainer” program and covered 15 of InfoMate’s senior trainers. The objective of the programme was to equip InfoMate’s trainers with training skills, tools and effective training delivery.
