This milestone reaffirms IT Connect’s commitment to delivering consistent high standard services through external verification and international recognition of IT Connect’s quality management processes.
Achieving this certification involved meeting and exceeding the stringent requirements to ensure the reliability and the quality of IT Connect processes. The high level of integrity in existing processes and practices meant that IT Connect was able to achieve the standards for ISO 9001:2008 with relative ease. “We are all – understandably – proud of our ISO Certification accomplishment, and customers are already responding very favourably,” said IT Connect Managing Director Arjuna Samarakoon. “This achievement highlights our commitment to deliver the highest quality IT services.”
The ISO 9001:2008 quality management certification is awarded by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). Pre-requisites for certification include establishing a process for continuous improvement and providing services that meet customer, statutory and regulatory requirements.
