IronOne Technologies, a leading Sri Lankan mobile and enterprise services software solutions provider, has showcased its locally-developed software solution for paperless board meetings to a wide and representative corporate audience in Malaysia.
The company said BoardPAC, already widely used in Sri Lanka and the region, was the only Sri Lankan product to be presented at the annual conference of the Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (MAICSA), which was attended by business leaders from some of Malaysia’s leading companies including Air Asia, Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission Malaysia.
The MAICSA Annual Conference 2015, held at the Sime Darby Convention Centre, Kuala Lumpur was an excellent platform for company secretaries, directors and corporate officers to keep abreast with the latest regulatory updates and developments in governance.
A National Best Quality Software Gold award and Green IT award winner, BoardPAC provides users the ability to view and approve papers from the ease of a Board Member’s iPad. It has a host of features such as collaboration, meeting management and RSVP, the ability to search and refer to past board papers, as well as to annotate and approve documents and update agendas. The solution meets with the highest security standards including the ISO 27001 certification.
The solution already has the largest market share for board meeting automation in Sri Lanka and in Malaysia and is emerging as a strong player in many Asia Pacific markets.
