IFS Regional Conference 2014 for MEASA in Colombo from 17-18 September

The IFS Regional Conference 2014 for MEASA is scheduled to take place in Sri Lanka on 17 and 18 September in Colombo and is set to feature a participation of over 100 attendees from countries of the Middle East, Africa and South Asian regions or MEASA as it known. At a time when IFS has taken up a fixed presence in Sri Lanka, this regional conference will comprise of a diversified audience from the region where huge potential and scope is perceived through better growth in this industry. IFS have been in operation in Sri Lanka since 1997 and this establishment has helped carve out a position in Sri Lanka’s ICT landscape. IFS Sri Lanka also prides itself with the largest Research and Development (R&D) and the company’s Global Support Team based in Colombo with a staff capacity of over 800. The region boasts of a prestigious clientele from diversified industries such as energy and utility, F&B, construction and contracting, automotive, retail, aviation, industrial manufacturing, etc. Emirates – UAE, CEB – Sri Lanka, Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. – India, National Hydro Power Corporation – India, Singer Asia, Toyota – Sri Lanka Sun International – South Africa, MTN Networks – Africa, Massey Ferguson Tractors – Pakistan, Brac Bank – Bangladesh, etc., could be named as few leading establishments in MEASA that have implemented IFS Applications. Other additional items to be emphasised at this event will be based on fast-track implementation methodologies which IFS has been renowned for and partners and training academy initiations, a project that’s focused on expanding the partner eco system. Each of the countries in the IFS MEASA region encompasses their own form of uniqueness and challenges. The participants are expected to share knowledge and experiences along with celebrating continues growth for respective periods with key customer wins and project deliverables.
