H One and Microsoft bowl over insurance sector

H One Ltd. launched its industry-wide IT sector bowling tournament with the first round being held for the insurance Industry.

The tournament will progress with industry-based competitions, culminating with the finals being held between the winning teams.

The insurance industry round was won by Janashakthi Insurance, with Chartis Insurance coming in as runner-up, and Ceylinco Insurance in third place.

Also participating in the event was Allianz Insurance, Ceylinco Life, Union Assurance, Aviva NDB Insurance, Asian Alliance Insurance, Sri Lanka Insurance, Continental Insurance and HNB Assurance.

The event was co-sponsored by Microsoft Sri Lanka.
