ESOFT Metro Campus has come forward as the gold sponsor of the forthcoming INFOTEL - 2014, the biggest Information and Computer Technology (ICT) exhibition in Sri Lanka and South Asia, organised by the Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS). The prestigious event is scheduled to be held from 24- 26 October at the BMICH.

Expressing his views on the decision to support INFOTEL – 2014 as a gold sponsor, ESOFT Metro Campus Managing Director Dr. Dayan Rajapakse said: “We undertook to sponsor this important national event as yet another of our social service projects. The INFOTEL – 2014 exhibition can be recommended as a unique opportunity for parents, students and youths to experience first-hand the new vistas in higher ICT education now available in Sri Lanka. They can familiarise themselves with the study programs and courses available and make use of the multitude of opportunities this ICT educational platform offers. “The INFOTEL – 2014 exhibition is of particular significance to students who have already sat for the GCE Advanced Level examination as they can opt for an ICT study program of their choice and also decide on the most recognised educational institution to pursue the course. Students can visit the Metro Campus stall at the forthcoming INFOTEL – 2014 exhibition and learn more about the viable opportunities we offer students keen on pursuing higher education ICT programs.” Launched in 2000, the ESOFT Higher Education Institution is a pioneer in the sphere of ICT education in Sri Lanka.
