Offers free lifetime subscription to first 1,000 sign ups
CICRA Consultancies Ltd – Sri Lanka’s pioneering cyber security training and consultancy provider – yesterday (29 January) launched ‘Cyber Security Monitor’, an e-magazine to promote information security awareness amongst IT professionals.
“This service will help IT professionals to learn about most recent threats and understand latest global trends in information security,” CICRA Holdings Director/CEO Boshan Dayaratne said.
“Cyber Security Monitor collects information from various authentic media sources around the world and provides a digest every Thursday to our subscribers. The e-magazine will also cover developments in the information security sector of Sri Lanka,” Dayaratne said.
“This helps IT professionals to be on alert over cyber security breaches that happen in other parts of the world. Being vigilant and proactive are very important since these attackers could hack corporate and government systems in Sri Lanka within a short time, using same information security flows,” he said.
“The e-magazine will also help IT professionals to enrich their user level online security,” he said.
