Brandix’s venture into the sphere of IT services with the launch of Brandix i3 received high profile validation recently with the visit of Lisa Tucci-Veiga, Infor’s Vice President, Global Alliances.
A fully-owned subsidiary of Brandix, Brandix i3 was launched in April 2012 to provide services for Infor applications, software development and business improvement. Brandix i3 has customers in the USA, Russia, Australia, South Asia and South East Asia.
Tucci-Veiga met with the Board of Directors of Brandix and the Senior Management of Brandix i3 to review progress of the strategic partnership under which Brandix i3 will work with Infor to facilitate the sale of licenses of Infor products such as Infor Lawson M3, Infor HCM, Infor ION and PM10 and provide services related to these products.
Tucci-Veiga said: “I am very excited about the Infor Global Alliance Partnership with Brandix i3. Brandix i3 is very strategic to our success in Global Fashion, and the Global Alliance Partnership will enable Infor and Brandix i3 to work together to realise the potential in the market.”
Many companies at Brandix have already deployed Infor Lawson M3, a comprehensive multi-lingual, multi-company, multi-site Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution designed for companies in the fashion, food and beverage industries.
“The visit by an Infor representative as senior as Tucci-Veigato Sri Lanka just five months after Brandix i3 signed the partnership agreement in Singapore is very encouraging,” said Arjuna Sirinanda, the company’s CEO. “It implies the importance of our Alliance to Infor and recognises our achievements in such a short period of time.”
With offices in Sri Lanka and the US, Brandix i3 already has a team of 130 plus extensively qualified, multi-skilled, experienced professionals, with experience across diverse industries including fashion, manufacturing and food and beverage, he added.
Infor is the third largest provider of enterprise applications in the world. Infor helps 70,000 customers in 194 countries improve operations, drive growth, and quickly adapt to changes in business demands through its industry-specific applications and suites engineered for speed, using ground-breaking technology that delivers a rich user experience, and flexible deployment options that give customers a choice to run their businesses in the cloud, on-premises, or both.
