To rapidly expand Philippines operation
BPO Connect an established finance and accounting outsourcing provider in Asia Pacific has announced its strategic investment with New Media Services, (www.newmediaservices.com.au) a leading global provider of cloud-based messaging platforms, end user support services and admin mobile application.
New Media Services also specialises in business email, online and social media moderation. This initiative will enable an array of customer service faculties, and thereby enable BPO Connect to extend its outsourcing operations to the Philippines.
BPO Connect has with staff in offices across Sri Lanka and Australia, as well as a presence in the United States, China, India and Vietnam. The alliance will enhance BPO Connect’s capabilities in business branding, real-time messaging and in-bound call service solutions thanks to live operators in the Philippines. In turn, New Media Services will be able to leverage BPO Connect’s already robust finance and accounting back office services. In order to meet growing global demand for BPO Connect’s outsourcing services; the partnership aims to aggressively grow New Media Service’s headcount by 2,000 staff, further expanding its outsourced offerings to clients in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and North America.
