The grand opening of Abans’ 6th Apple iStore at the Race Course was held last Thursday, 26 December 2013. At the auspicious time of 7 p.m. Chief Guest Speaker of Parliament Chamal Rajapaksa cut the ribbon and declared open the new Apple iStore. The event was graced by Defence Secretary Gotabaya Rajapaksa and several ministers.
Abans’ new Apple iStore at Race Course follows the astounding success of their five previous Apple iStores already in operation at Abans Arcade Colpetty, Crescat Boulevard, Liberty Arcade, K-Zone Ja-Ela and Kandy City Centre.
The new Apple iStore is designed and certified by Apple the premier shopping destinations of the world. It fulfils the need to avail Sri Lankan consumers of a comfortable and pleasing shopping environment.

Abans Apple iStore has the entire range of Apple products from iPods to MacBooks, Macbook Pros, Mac Minis and the stunning new iMacs. It also censes of the world’s award winning Harmon Kardon and JBL portable “beautiful sound” docking stations which is compatible with iPods, iPhones and iPads.
The store also introduces Harmon Kardon and JBL Headphones and there’s no shortage of iPhone friendly headsets.
