The virtual event will be ideal for chief officers, systems architects, and senior management from companies that aspire to and/or currently work with CIAM solutions.
CIAM is an emerging topic that combines digital customer experiences with the security aspects of identity and access management. This is of paramount importance as more organisations shift from traditional information capture methods and the move towards secure, simple digital processes to speed digital transformation. CIAM enables a more streamlined customer experience, while ensuring enhanced data security through secure identity authentication, improved scalability and uptime, and optimised data collection. It also ensures compliance with newly introduced and evolving privacy regulations and requirements.
