VSIS bestowed with awards from Oracle and Microsoft

V S Information Systems (VSIS), a leading Systems Integrator in Sri Lanka was recently recognised for its market performance with awards from two multinational technology giants, Oracle and Microsoft. VSIS received the ‘Most Valued Partner Award’ at the Partner Appreciation Night 2017 from Oracle and was also rewarded with the Top Year-on-Year (YoY) ‘Growth Reseller of South East Asian New Markets’ Award from Microsoft for FY17.

These recognitions from leading vendors such as Oracle and Microsoft shows the strong technical competencies VSIS has developed amidst fierce competition in the local IT marketplace. These awards also positions VSIS being amongst the ‘Best in Class’ vendor that powers the business of their customers. It is also very rare that one vendor wins these awards in a single year.

Each award upholds a set of relative values for VSIS. The Microsoft Award, which was given for the Top YoY Growth Reseller, among the vendors in the markets in the South East Asian region, recognises the contribution VSIS has made towards commercial business of Microsoft. VSIS was selected as the winner from nine upcoming new markets in countries such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Cambodia, Laos, Brunei and Bhutan. The annual award ceremony took place on 11 September in Bangkok Thailand at the Grande Sheraton.

VSIS was also recognised as the Most Valued Partner at the recently held Oracle Partner Appreciation Night of 2017. The award was recognises VSIS’ unparalleled commitment towards achieving significant revenue growth within a short time period of being a partner of Oracle. This also recognises the introduction of unique products and services and building competences and qualifications among the company’s team members. 15 partners in total competed for this award this year.
