The session titled ‘Sri Lanka INC – Transforming into the Digital Economy’ which is to be held at Cinnamon Grand on 13 September from 2p.m. to 5p.m., at the Economic Summit 2018, aims to inspire local companies to think global, highlight success stories and provide trends of what is to come. The focus of this session will be twofold – the first is on “Power houses in the digital era” and the second is “New business models for the digital economy”.
Drawing from the expertise of MAS Holdings Chief Digital Officer Jehan Mutaliph, andJohn Keells Holdings PLC Executive Vice President/Group CIO Ramesh Shanmuganathan, success stories of these two power house companies in the digital era will be shared, standing as exemplary and inspiring strategies for local businesses to follow and build on.

Echelon MagazineEditor-in-Chief Shamindra Kulamannage will moderate both panel discussions, with Mitra Innovation Managing Director Dammika Ganegama joining the second discussion as a panellist.
