SasiaNet Helpdesk earns Merit Award at NBQSA 2019

SasiaNet Helpdesk was awarded a Merit Award under the In-house category of the National Best Quality Software Awards 2019 which were held at Hotel Galadari. 

This solution is the primary communication hub extended to SasiaNet’s customers and staff, for end-to-end support requirements. 

“We have secured an award every time we have participated in NBQSA,” said SasiaNet CEO Nuwan De Silva.

“It’s a proud moment for us. How we take care of our customers was rewarded this time. Our customers are leading banks, finance companies and investment organisations and they demand a high level of service,” De Silva added.

Having developed software solutions for entities in the financial services sector since 1997, SasiaNet today holds three product pillars, namely SasiaNet Financial Suite, SasiaNet Investments Suite and SasiaNet Supply Chain Financing Suite. 

The financial suite comprises modules such as leasing, savings, fixed deposits, pawning and financial accounting, fully automating the operations of a financial institution. The Investment Suite covers the operations of primary dealers, unit trusts, investment portfolio managers and margin trading entities. This pillar also contains a fully-fledged Treasury Management System. The Supply Chain Financing pillar covers factoring, dealer financing, invoice or cheque discounting and trade finance.
