Prashantha Robertson, a telecom industry stalwart, has once more been invited to speak at the Customer Experience Management in Telecoms Global Summit at Novotel West, London, UK from today to Wednesday.

This much-looked forward to event attracts the telecom industry’s participation as speakers, attendees and exhibitors, all out to demonstrate what they bring to uplift the standards of customer experience in their respective markets. All telecom operators with global presence and others with aspirations take great pains to see their executives represented at this prestigious summit.
Prashantha is among the handful of speakers from this region who will be pitching in with the major global players of the industry including Vodafone, BT, Sprint, T-Mobile, Deutsche Telekom, Facebook, and Singtel among others. More than 40 internationally reputed renowned experts are expected to address an audience of around 500 participants from Europe, the Americas, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

A renowned marketer, Prashantha serves as the Deputy Chief Customer Officer of Sri Lanka Telecom. He has been in several blue chip companies in Sri Lanka during a career spanning over 25 years. Prashantha is a Chartered Marketer with qualifications from CIM (UK).
Prashantha is the son of late Deshamanya Alec Robertson, a well-known Buddhist scholar, and was educated at Royal College Colombo.
