FinX Awards 2019, an annual event to celebrate the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship in the financial technology ecosystem in the Middle East and North Africa region, was held recently at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Dubai, UAE. 

The awards also recognise innovation, excellence, and best practice shaping the future of financial services and inspiring a community of serial entrepreneurs, 

investment enthusiasts, 

passionate mentors, policymakers, and institutional CxOs towards financial inclusion and economic development.  

FinX Awards are audited by Grant Thornton and judged by 12 professionals from around the world. The second edition of the awards night, 

organised by Fintech Galaxy, a Dubai based digital crowd-sourcing platform, was by invitation-only event.

The event involves a black-tie evening reception and gala dinner, and provides a platform for business networking opportunities, 

where regional and international fintech movers and shakers gather to recognise and honour individuals and/or institutions that shaped the future of the fintech ecosystem in the MENA region.
