Federation of Information Technology Industry Sri Lanka (FITIS) has organised a seven-day workshop in association with NDU®E Ltd. on Intellectual Property (IP) Protection for Software and Mobile App Developers on 1, 3, 5, 9, 11, 15 and 17 July from 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the CIMA Auditorium, Colombo 5.
The objective of these workshops is to provide a comprehensive overview of Intellectual Property, and the workshops intend to cover IP protection, the importance of developing an IP plan and taking measures to safeguard such property. Patents, trademarks, trade secrets, infringement of IP, and the navigation of open source software are some of the critical topics these workshops intend to cover.
The speakers of these workshops are NDU®E Co-Founder and Brand Protection Consultant Ishani Perera, NDU®E Co-Founder and Brand Protection Consultant Kamani Perera, and NDU®E Patent Analytics Consultant Nicola de Mel.
