The Federation of Information Technology Industry, Sri Lanka is to host webinar for the chairmen, directors and CEOs of listed companies, corporate lawyers, company secretaries and registrars, in association with CIMA and Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE).
The webinar themed ‘A New Reality: Virtual Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings’ will discuss compliance and adoption of the Annual General Meetings to the new normal and focus on virtual board meetings and best practices. The session is to be aired on Saturday, 23 May from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
The panellists include: Tokyo Cement Group Chairman and BOI Sri Lanka Director Dr. Harsha Cabral, PC; ICTA Director/Legal Advisory, Sri Lanka CERT Director and LK Domain Registry Chairman Jayantha Fernando; and Colombo Stock Exchange Chief Regulatory Officer Renuke Wijayawardhane. The session will be moderated by Management Systems Ltd. Chairman Asite Talwatte.
