Epic Lanka Technologies, one of the leading digital transformation solutions providers in the region and Sri Lanka Telecom, the national digital services provider, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) recently agreeing on comprehensive cooperation to jointly market and promote Epic’s state-of-the-art Digital Transformation Platforms based on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offerings.
The products and services offered include Enterprise Process and Workflow Automation, AI (artificial intelligence) Applications, Agro-commodities Trading, and Supply Chain Management, Retail Trading and SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Applications, Travel and Tourism Management.
As per the MoU, Epic and Sri Lanka Telecom will form a strategic partnership and combine their competencies in the areas of digital transformation, AI and cloud infrastructure to serve both public and private sector enterprises. Both organisations will hope to revolutionise the digital space by offering new customer experiences that will help businesses and individuals to improve performance and efficiency at an affordable cost. The solutions and experiences offered on these digital platforms will be useful for any enterprise or individual business regardless of its size or operational domain. These cutting-edge digital platforms will also provide ‘digital chatbot’ services for superior customer service, payment gateway services and comprehensive API layer for seamless and endless integrations with diverse service providers.
Epic ‘DoxPro Spaces’ is a subscription-based intelligent digital platform. Once subscribed, enterprises could create endless innovative workflows and operationalise them to automate their processes within a couple of hours. The user-friendly nature of DoxPro allows anyone to create diverse workflows and deploy them in the organisation without needing any expert assistance.
