Enadoc and MiHCM Cloud launches global partnership for HR digital transformation

 Enadoc and MiHCM Cloud Inks Partnership agreement which will allow organisations to enable end-to-end digital transformation of HR legacy system

Enadoc is an award-winning and innovative enterprise content management solution which allows hassle-free digitisation through document capture from desktop, laptop, or mobile, search and disaster recovery capabilities, and intuitive archiving of documents securely on cloud. This integration adds Enadoc as a new feature in MiHCM Cloud’s human capital management platform as a secured document storage for HR records.

For only $1 per employee per year, Enadoc integrates with MiHCM to add secure storage and access of personnel records and documents online. Its hexagonal security feature allows safer document sharing and access and ties in six different document security protocols into one, namely: username and password, user profiles and user scope, document security levels, dynamic redaction, document scope, and encryption. This prevents unauthorised access to proprietary and sensitive information, making it ISO and data privacy compliant.

MiHCM Cloud (formerly known as Microimage HCM Cloud) is an enterprise-grade HR solution delivered with a modern consumer-grade user experience, providing talent insights for timely and accurate decision-making using advanced analytics and natural language query functionality. Native mobile apps for iOS / Android help empower a mobile-first workforce and the platform also helps enhance employee engagement with collaboration, social and feedback capabilities.  Country specific legislative and language localisations are supported with seamless integration capabilities to other third party systems via secure APIs.
