Dialog Axiata PLC, Sri Lanka’s premier connectivity provider, will showcase a range of next-generation technologies, covering Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data and Analytics, Robotics and Smart Entertainment at the Shilpa Sena Sri Lanka Technology Revolution exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Science Technology and Research.
The four-day national exposition on Science, Technology and Innovation aims to promote science and technology to the Sri Lankan society, to enhance its contribution to the economic growth and development of the country.
Dialog’s exhibit will provide a hands-on experience to visitors and showcase numerous initiatives, for example Smart Life which features Home Automation and Security, IoT Lighting, Smart Electricity Meters, and Smart Industrial Monitoring, as well as Ideamart Developer Boards. Additionally, Next Generation technology innovations will take centre stage with a Robotic Arm, Hologram and 360 Video Calling, AI Powered Digital Twins and real-time AI powered Facial Recognition. Moreover, the exhibition will demonstrate Smart Entertainment technologies such as the Dialog smart entertainment suite with ViU Mini, Dialog ViU, Netflix, Game Hero and Dialog Mega Run. Also, Dialog will be showcasing innovations for financial inclusion, such as FinPal for financial services, eZ Cash for safe payments, and Suraksha, a new and smart mobile device for children. The exhibit will also consist of a one hour interactive session with Ideamart, exclusively for visitors.

The exposition is scheduled to consist of four clusters i.e. Cluster 1: Tech Zones – Thematic Technologies for Society, Cluster 2: Innovation – The Business to Public (B2P), Cluster 3: Job Career Fair and Entrepreneurship – One-to-one meetings and Cluster 4: Edutainment – Science and Life. Visitors are encouraged to participate between 18 and 21 July, at the BMICH Sirimavo Bandaranaike Hall from 9 a.m. onwards.
