Dialog Broadband to buy VSIS Enterprise Solutions

Dialog Broadband Networks Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Dialog Axiata PLC has entered into a Share Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire a 100% stake in VSIS Enterprise Solutions Ltd., the Systems Integration Business of VS Information Systems Ltd.

The transaction is subject to the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent to the transaction, as stipulated in the SSPA, and is expected to be completed in April.

The acquisition of VSIS Enterprise Solutions Ltd., is in furtherance of the aspiration of the Dialog Group to augment its Enterprise Suctioning capability beyond telco connectivity to Advanced ICT Solutioning capability built around Cloud, Security and lOT applications.
