FiNAC covers the complete operational process of Emerald International from the most basic of raw materials to the final product that hits the shelves in the market. The material planning triggers off the purchase order to the supplier and when customers’ orders come through, production is planned based on availability of material, machine and other resources. Customer orders are then shipped off with all related documentation. Thereafter the system will track receivables, auto-generate cheques on due dates to creditors and print the final set of accounts. Emerald is also powered via the mobile version of FiNAC, which enables the sales reps to perform sales anywhere in Sri Lanka and sync the data Over the Air (OTA). Transactions such as invoicing, sales returns and receipts are handled by this arm of the FiNAC product.
