Initiating a new episode in building more meaningful relationships with business partners, Elite Eve – the mega annual event – held by Johnson and Johnson, a world famous healthcare company, came to a successful ending recently.
The event, which took place as a series covering all the regions - Kandy, Jaffna, Batticaloa, and Galle- apart from the main event at Waters Edge, Colombo, was a real showcase of the commitment, regard and admiration towards its partners – the pillar of their success.
Under this first ever breakthrough event, over 250 outlets were selected for rewards including fabulous opportunities for a weekend spend in a five-star hotel and return air tickets to Thailand and Malaysia.
“Partners are important stakeholders, especially in a business like ours, which is highly fragmented. Therefore, converting relationships into win-win business partnerships is the way-forward in building and expanding markets. That is why we have introduced our exclusive loyalty program – Elite – to reward our loyal partners, who have been the foundation of our success. Elite Eve is the culmination of the Elite program as it takes our efforts in strengthening relationships with partners to a new height for mutual success,” said Niroshan Kodikara, Senior Business Manager – CIC Holdings, Johnson & Johnson Sri Lanka, commenting about the Elite program and the Elite Eve this year.
Elite program was launched in 2014 as an exclusive program in Sri Lanka. It showed a noteworthy improvement in terms of member-registration that exceeded 1,000 within a short period closer to a year.
