The Asiri Group of Hospitals, as one of the island’s best established and most reputed healthcare institutions, is once again leading by example and supporting the 11th edition of Sri Lanka’s largest medical exhibition, ‘Medicare 2020 – National Health Exhibition,’ as the Platinum Sponsor. Medicare 2020 is the largest and most significant healthcare event in Sri Lanka.
The exhibition, which is held annually, is organised by the Medicare Organising Committee in collaboration with specialist medical associations, and with the backing of the Ministry of Health, Nutrition, and Indigenous Medicine of Sri Lanka. Medicare 2020 will take place from 6-8 March at the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Memorial Exhibition Centre Colombo.
As the most significant event of its kind on the island, ‘Medicare 2020’ will feature over 230 exhibitors from around the world and is estimated to attract well over 15,000 visitors. In addition to supporting the event as Platinum Sponsor, Asiri Group of Hospitals are also the event’s Official Hospital Partner. This will entail the Asiri Group of Hospitals playing a crucial role at the event and providing participants and visitors with a range of free healthcare services at their official booth.
Attendees to ‘Medicare 2020’ can also expect specialised consultation and advisory service by some of the island’s foremost healthcare practitioners. This is an effort intended at promoting a healthier, happier, nation and aims to advance medicine and healthcare in the country.
