By Shaheeda Mohamed
No cast no creed no colour,
Should abrade or bruise the other,
For every shade and diverse hue,
Is conjured by the Almighty’s brew.
Every time you look askance,
At another’s foibles or his faults,
It does your journey’s joy retard!
And you may well be thrust a part,
From those who’d reach the lofty heights,
And behold love’s beauty at every sight.
Then, your dreams and all things that mattered,
By love’s spurn, would be shaken and shattered.
So do remember one and all,
Never to deem another too small,
Every time you cause another pain,
His wounds, your strides to love, restrain.
So do remember to tell this story,
To those who covet love’s joy and glory,
Before the lapse of time and tis way too late,
Reach out, embrace and LOVE, NOT HATE!
