Singer goes Outward Bound

A team of Outward Bound (OB) trainers conducted a professional development Outward Bound program, together with the Sri Lanka Business Development Centre (SLBDC), for Singer (Sri Lanka)PLC, Agro and Sales staff who participated in the program on 13 to 15 July at Dambulu Oya Family Park, Outward Bound Centre.

OB is the original and the only internationally recognised adventure and experiential activity based professional management development and team building program, implemented according to internationally monitored safety and quality standards, by experienced and foreign trained instructors in Sri Lanka. The programs are activity based, interactive, informative, creative and entertaining.

The strategy is to empower participants achieve leadership skills, self-motivation, self-confidence and build a team spirit. Participants from Singer commented on the program, “I think this program is very important to improve our skills as well as sharpen our knowledge. All coordinators and trainers have given excellent contribution to develop our team members. Also we highly recommend this program.
