Seminar on industrial supervising in Kandy by FCCISL

A one day seminar session on industrial supervising has been scheduled on 28 March 2014 in Kandy and this will be of use for supervisors, managers, entrepreneurs, and leaders working in the public and private enterprises located in the Central Province.
The medium of the seminar will be in English/Sinhala and it will cover a wide range of topics such as the role and responsibilities of a supervisor in a production environment, supervisory management process, new organisational models, managing and leading, motivating subordinates at work, productivity and workflow, and how to improve and sustain systems.
FCCISL advises all interested parties to confirm their participation early since only a limited number of seats are available. More details can be obtained by e-mailing [email protected]/[email protected]. FCCISL will be offering a 10% discount for companies which nominate more than four participants.
The seminar will be held at FCCISL’s Chamber Academy at No. 155, William Gopallawa Mawatha, Kandy.
