Ranil appointed to Singer Industries and Regnis Boards

Ranil de Silva has been appointed to the Board of Singer Industries (Ceylon) Plc as well as Regnis (Lanka Plc) as an Independent Non Executive Director. Ranil is the Executive Director and General Manager of Hemas Hotels (Serendib Leisure) and serves on the Boards of Serendib Hotels Plc as Managing Director and Dolphin Hotels Plc and Sigiriya Hotels Plc as a Director. He is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK (FCMA 1989), Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ACA 1988) and Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK (MCIM 1993).
