PIM trains Holcim on executing strategy through GLOBUS simulation

The first ever corporate training program on executing strategy through GLOBUS simulation in Sri Lanka was initiated recently by the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) for the Senior Managers of Holcim Lanka. This will be a six week long blended program where physical sessions as well as virtual interactions are involved. Dr. A.K.L. Jayewardena, Senior Consultant, PIM and an Adjunct Research Fellow, University of Canberra, Australia is the key resource person in this project. Here Holcim Lanka CEO Philippe Rechart addresses the senior managers while PIM Director Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri, Dr. A.K.L. Jayewardena and Holcim Lanka Vice President – HR Prasad Piyadigama look on.
