Oviklo holds OTB training

A two-day residential outbound training program for the management, staff and all members of Oviklo, one of the leading logistics organisations of the country, was held at Tissa Jinasena Group Kalutara Training Center on 6 and 7 June. The objectives of this program was promoting teamwork, team bonding, communication, leadership, time management, problem solving, decision making, motivation and personal development.

The team achievements of this out bound training were unlocking the potential of team members, motivating team members by linking to their individual motivators, improving team performance by leveraging complementary skills, building common vision, values and team spirit, increased collaboration, innovation and productivity, learning the importance of open communication, developing team strategies for getting results, building trust and giving and receiving feedback.
