MTI HRM solutions, has announced the launch of the MTI HR Mangers Survey 2013. The survey will include interviews with heads of human resource management from a 100 leading organisations in Sri Lanka. The survey was launched in preparation for the MTI HR forum where leaders and experts in HRM will come together to tackle some of the challenges and opportunities facing the Human Resource Management function.
“The MTI HR Managers Survey will capture the specific challenges that confront heads of HRM and CEOs. It will also highlight the changing trends in HRM practices and how it is being adopted in organisations in Sri Lanka in comparison to international best practices”, MTI HRM Solutions Associate Consultant Niyanthini Kadirgamar said.
MTI CEO Hilmy Cader said: “In light of today’s growing economic challenges people become central to the success of a business. Brilliant ideas and strategies find their worth only when there are people with potential and drive who can implement them. Unfortunately organisations do not give due priority to the role of HRM in enabling their people to perform.”
It is hoped that the survey will initiate an effective conversation with heads of HRM and the need of the hour to re-think and prioritize HRM.
