Masterclass in creating a great workplace to be held on the 26th

Focusing on the key areas of the definition and model of a Great Work Place, The importance of employee perception and the crucial nature of Manager Employee interactions, The role of a manager in creating a conducive and engaged culture and workforce and Actions that managers can take to initiate change to bring about a higher level of engagement with their teams, theworkshop also enhances the learning and exposure of the employees by sharing Best Practices from Best in Class organisations (Locally and Globally) on the People Practices front.‚Äč
