Lasitha Mendis won a business excellence award for Best in Corporate Talent Management at South Asian Partnership Summit & Business Awards of World HRD Congress held at Water’s Edge, Battaramulla recently. He was bestowed this prestigious award in recognition of his valuable contribution and application of innovative methodology in talent management and corporate training in a career that spans well over 25 years. Presently, he heads Human Resources Department at Sri Lanka Cricket.
