jobfactory, LCDRC to provide job opportunities for differently-abled people

jobfactory, one of the most innovative HR service providers in the country, has tied up with Leonard Cheshire Disability Resource Centre(LCDRC) to provide a platform for employers to view screened CVs of interviewed differently-abled candidates and hire them through jobfactory for free-of-charge.

With that intention, jobfactory has signed an MOU with Leonard Cheshire Disability Resource Centre which is a member of the Leonard Cheshire Global Alliance, on 11 October 2012. Any employer can now view the resumes of the registered candidates upon sending a request through jobfactory’s website www.jobfactory.lk.

Upon registration with jobfactory, employers will be able to view jobfactory’s information, including the comments of the Leonard Cheshire Disability Resource Centre, previous employers and the interview panel of jobfactory.
