IPM Sri Lanka – the nation’s leader in Human Resource Management – is organising the HR Service Providers’ Exhibition alongside their annual flagship event: The National HR Conference (NHRC) – 2016 which will be a great opportunity for HR Service Providers to showcase their products and services. The HR Service Providers’ Exhibition which coincides with the Conference is scheduled to be held on 21 and 22 June at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall (BMICH) in Colombo.

The conference shall be encompassing the topical theme: ‘An Eco System of HR’. As in previous years, foreign participants from neighbouring countries as well as from the Pacific Region will also attend the conference. The National HR Conference held in 2015 attracted over 1,200 participants; therefore a similar or greater number of participants are expected this year as well.

“This year’s HR Service Providers’ Exhibition is being hosted for the 15th consecutive time alongside the National HR Conference in order to add further value to the time that the participants invest by attending the conference. We have been continuously receiving positive feedback from participants and attendees on the value of the HR Service Providers’ Exhibition,” said IPM Sri Lanka President Rohitha Amarapala.

“The HR Service Providers’ Exhibition is an ideal opportunity and location for HR Service Providers to create awareness of their products and services directly towards HR decision makers in top-notch companies and organisations in Sri Lanka as well as other neighbouring countries,” said IPM HR Service Providers’ Exhibition – 2016 Organising Committee Chairman Colonel Saman Jayawickrama.

“IPM Sri Lanka will be providing inclusive facilities and an exclusive, dedicated platform on par with that of the NHRC 2016 to diversified segments of HR Service Providers’ that gives space and a unique opportunity to showcase their products and services to a well-defined market segment under the same roof who would otherwise be scattered around different geographical locations.

“In comparison to the investment that an exhibitor needs to make to participate at the HR Service Providers’ Exhibition, the opportunity that it provides to generate potential leads and businesses is enormous as the professionals who will walk through the exhibition stalls are also stakeholders and the pillars of the HR industry who will genuinely be interested in HR products and services solutions as potential buyers and/or decision makers,” added Colonel Jayawickrama.

The HR Service Providers’ Exhibition – 2016 will consist of approximately 60 stalls in three types of shell schemes: ‘Platinum’, ‘Gold’ and ‘Silver’ Packages and a few table spaces which will be planned under a well-designed layout that will be uncluttered and visually appealing to visitors with the idea of providing business entrepreneurs, the opportunity of marketing their HR related products and services in the best possible manner. An ‘Early Bird’ discount of 15% will be applicable for those exhibitors who confirm their reservation prior to 31 March.

The Organising Committee will also be publishing an attractive catalogue of the Exhibitors and their products/services which will be distributed among participants of the National HR Conference 2016 at the time of registration. Furthermore, the Organising Committee has planned to award prizes and surprises to stall-holders in order to encourage them further to design and develop innovative and creative stalls. These awards as in previous years will include awards for the ‘Most Customer Oriented Stall’, ‘Most Innovative’ and ‘Most Informative Stall’ and will be commended during the conference proceedings.

“The organising committee also plans to provide around 500 complimentary tickets to prospective HR practitioners such as university students, IPM PQHRM students, HR trainees, etc. to visit and experience the Exhibition,” said Colonel Jayawickrama.
