The programme leader Gerard Muttukumaru is the Founder/Chairman, Center for Global Leadership Worldwide Inc (USA).
Muttukumaru has extensive teaching and real world experience in Customer Relationship Management, Marketing, Advertising, Change Management, Leadership, Building a high performance organisation, Global Business, Strategy and Organisational Culture.
He teaches in the undergraduate, MBA and Executive Education Programmes of universities in the USA, and was also responsible for Global Marketing and Communications for a California based international healthcare organisation (The Markley Group) and one of the world’s leading NGO’s (World Vision International).
In California, he has also worked in marketing for two of the largest global financial services and insurance companies in the world, (The Prudential, and the Equitable/axa).
He has been interviewed and published extensively in the local and global media and is the author of “Understanding the New Global Economy/New World”, available in Sri Lanka and globally.
Gerard is based in Southern California and Sri Lanka where he runs the Asian operations of his organisation.
