The Knowledge Conglomerate (TKC) will hold its third workshop of the Executive Education series – “Innovation for Service Quality” on 11 September from 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. at the Galadari Hotel.
The workshop will be conducted by Dr. Sunil Gupta, who enjoys over 32 years of academic, industrial training and consulting experience. He has worked with over 80 nationalities, thus being a highly cross cultural personality. He is the Chief Learning Officer at Ideas Management Consultants- UAE, which is a management consulting firm, focusing on strategy formulation, financial, operations and marketing management. Dr. Gupta is personally trained and certified by Dr. Edward de Bono (the innovation and creative thinking Guru) on Six Thinking Hats. He has obtained an advanced training in HR from the New York University, USA. He has also completed his M.Phil & Ph.D in Management.
