HNB finalises new Collective Agreement

Hatton National Bank PLC entered in to a fresh ‘Collective Agreement’ with the HNB PLC Officers’ Union recently pertaining to the revision of salaries/other benefits of the junior executives of the bank for the period 2012/15.

The signing of the Collective Agreement took place at the Employers Federation of Ceylon Rajagiriya and the picture shows the Deputy General Manager (HR&A) of HNB Mancius Paiva exchanging the agreement with Indrajith Senadhira – President of the HNB PLC Officers Union. Also present are Ravi Pieris, Director General of the Employers’ Federation, officials of HNB and Exco members of the HNB Officers Union.
