Chairpersons, CEOs, and HR directors from many leading organisations in Sri Lanka were present at this event.
Mercer’s Principal Consultant for Asia, Middle East and Africa, Mario Ferraro spoke about the future trends in Human Capital Management and its impact on industries and organisations. He also covered the current context of the industry and the importance of identifying the needs in moving towards the future.
Ferraro works with major multinationals as well as large local organisations in expanding their international footprint. He is also the leader of Mercer’s Global Mobility practice for Growth Markets and a specialist in global HR strategies, international talent management, expatriate remuneration and workforce analytics.
Commencing the session, Asitha Goonewardena, Chief Product Owner of hSenid Business Solutions, conducted a presentation on Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven analytics of HR.
