Exploring this timely topic, Great Place to Work Institute is proud to present their Great Workplaces conference 2015, on Wednesday, 10 June 2015 at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Colombo.
Bringing together highlights from the annual Great place to work study and exploring what makes an organization a Great place to Work, this conference shares the knowledge and insights accumulated by studying over 7000 organizations globally. Being a social initiative that aims to give the corporate community an understanding about how to create their own great workplace by sharing the annual study highlights, key themes, trends and case studies, this year the conference also brings together a number of thought leaders and celebrated individuals to add value to the delegate experience.

The conference will also have two Best Workplaces presenting case studies on their journey towards creating a great workplace and best practices.
