Commercial Credit PLC has joined hands with ‘Future Minds 2011’ as its Official Financial Partner this year.

Organised for the sixth consecutive year by the Nalanda Junior OBA, ‘Future Minds’ occupies top billing as Sri Lanka’s National Educational and Career Gateway and attracts several hundred thousand visitors from all parts of the country.

‘Future Minds 2011’ kicked off its sixth edition from 17-19 June at the BMICH in Colombo with a large number of visitors patronising the stalls. It goes to Kandy this weekend and opens its doors to the Central Province and surrounding areas at the Kandy City Centre on 25 and 26 June.

Commercial Credit CEO Roshan Egodage said: “We are indeed very happy to partner with a national educational event of this nature. The future of any country lies in its youth. A sound, all-rounded education is a guaranteed passport to success in the world that lies ahead. Over the past six years Future Minds has been very successful in presenting myriad opportunities to Sri Lanka’s youth and thereby guiding them on the road to success. We at Commercial Credit do see great potential in the youth of today and are thus delighted to partner with Future Minds on its laudable mission.” In keeping with its pledge to help the youth of this country, Commercial Credit recently launched its educational loans scheme for students seeking both foreign and local education. It covers year one admission, higher education, professional education and admission to foreign universities.

“Our educational loans scheme provides students the opportunity to pay for their course fees, registration fees and study material in flexible and affordable monthly instalments with a repayment period of up to four years. Added to this are a free life insurance cover and additional funding for air ticket. This education loan scheme is fast and requires a minimum documentation for students with a host of easy procedures and processes to follow,” Egodage added.

Nalanda Junior OBA President Ravi Hettiarachchi said: “We’re happy to welcome Commercial Credit PLC on board as Official Financial Partner. With its unblemished reputation as a financial services provider and its wide reach, this is undoubtedly a win-win situation for both parties.”
