Colombo Leadership Academy announces launch of Strategy Execution Masterclass

Colombo Leadership Academy, a leading provider of leadership development and executive coaching, recently announced the launch of its cutting edge programme – Strategy Execution Masterclass – designed to boost accelerated business performance. This programme will focus on providing insights, tools and techniques necessary to achieve robust business performance in the 2FMCG, banking, healthcare, leisure, retail and insurance industries. 

Speaking on the programme, CLA CEO Riaz Hassen explained: “Every organisation has a well-crafted strategic plan. However, during strategy execution only 40% achieves the final objective, therefore execution is the KEY to success. 

The aim of our strategic programmes is to enhance and develop business manager performance to drive increased revenue and profitability. Hassen brings to the table his vast experience as a pioneering leadership coach with experience serving on multiple boards of a wide range of conglomerates and over 28 years of experience driving business growth. 

Ravi Jayawardene will draw from over 30 years of experience in driving marketing, sales and strategy; with emphasis on his tenure in many successful leadership roles in multinational and local organisations. 

The program will also focus on key stakeholder mapping, fuelling conversational clarity and fostering co-ownership, avoiding divergent paths that derail strategy and leading change to create business savvy cultures.
