The Colombo Leadership Academy (CLA) recently announced the launch of yet another revolutionary workshop focusing on effective leadership.
Geared toward enhancing efficiencies and performance, the workshop will fine-tune management skills necessary to implement, follow through and track leadership systems that are proven to deliver continuous results.
“The Effective Leadership program involves identifying and enhancing the key leadership competencies necessary to best manage a team and business. The workshop will also focus on successfully navigating challenges in the complex, ever-changing business environment and how to implement strategy across cross-functional teams. The workshop aims to inspire team leaders, drive performance and encourage innovation and creativity among staff, while developing focus on key leadership competencies that will impact business performance. Our contribution to Sri Lankan business organisations in enhancing strategic directions is our main driving force and we continue to strive to achieve greater heights with each project and workshop we undertake,” CLA CEO Riaz Hassen explained.
The program will be facilitated Hassen, Founder of the Colombo Leadership Academy, along with guest speaker Janway Ltd. Director Rohan Jayaweera.
Hassen brings to the table his vast experience as a pioneering leadership coach with experience serving on multiple boards of a wide range of conglomerates and over 28 years of experience driving business growth.
Additionally, Jayaweera – an innovation leader and Sri Lanka’s first Google employee - has been instrumental in the successful start-up and operations of digital practices across a wide range of industries in addition to the Sri Lankan government.
The workshop will take place at the Colombo Leadership Academy Auditorium at 532/3 F, Sirikotha Lane, Colombo 3 on 8 October and will educate participants on the key methodologies of embracing strategic drive, instigating creativity and innovation, creating positive collaborations, fostering high-performing teams and building lasting career and personal growth.
